Head Coach Dan Showkum

Dan Showkum started CrossFit in 2014. He found it by accident when a friend asked him to do a thruster and Burpee workout with him in a random carpark as there were CrossFit Boxes in his town. It hurt a lot, but it started a fire within him and he knew this was something special. He did his L1 in Melbourne Australia 6 months later whilst travelling. He came home and started his journey.
He has CFL3 and works on CrossFit Level 1 Seminar team. His passion is to help everyone to reach their potential. He truly believes CrossFit is for everyone.
